New head coach Matt Campbell inherits a rebuilding Penn State after the departure of Drew Allar (NFL), Kaytron Allen, Nick Singleton, and 1st-round OL Olaivavega Ioane. Transfer QB Rocco Becht (128, from Iowa State) and RB Carson Hansen (152) headline the portal class. TE Benjamin Brahmer (119) adds a receiving weapon. With 17 transfer starters, this is a portal-rebuilt roster under a new coaching staff — the most dramatic transition in Happy Valley in decades.
